As a result of his many opportunities, Mark has gained a wealth of experience in the areas of income tax, financial accounting, consulting, valuation and litigation and earned the highly recognized credentials of Certified Valuation Analyst – CVA and Accredited in Business Valuation – ABV.

For the past fifteen years, Mark’s focus has been servicing the special needs of owners of closely-held (small owner group) businesses along with individuals and attorneys involved in the areas of divorce, litigation and business valuation.
